LineItem Logic is an automated data extraction tool designed to parse PDF invoices and sync line-item data to accounting software. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy on every document, though we strive for high precision.
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the data synced to your accounting software before approving payments. LineItem Logic is not liable for overpayments or accounting errors resulting from unverified data.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
